1. Who we are
Pruvn Accelerator is a brand of Gregor Advisory s.r.o., IČO 21871833, registered at Rohanské nábřeží 693/10, Karlín, 186 00 Praha, Czech Republic (“we”, “us”). We operate pruvnaccelerator.com and related pages, and we are the controller of the personal data described below.

2. What we collect and why
When you register for a session, a challenge, or the assessment
Your email address, and any name you give us. We use it to send you the thing you asked for — session links, reminders, challenge emails — and, with your consent, further marketing about Pruvn Accelerator.
Legal basis: performance of your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) for the requested content; consent (Art. 6(1)(a)) for marketing.
When you complete the founder assessment or an application
Your answers, which may include information about your work, your business idea and your circumstances. We use them to give you your result, to decide whether to invite you to a cohort, and to make our materials more relevant to you.
Legal basis: performance of your request, and consent.
When you opt in to WhatsApp
Your phone number, processed through our messaging provider. Used only to deliver the messages you opted in to. Our WhatsApp number is +420 730 528 055.
Legal basis: consent. Reply STOP at any time to end it.
When you buy
Payment is handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details. We keep the record of the transaction.
Legal basis: contract, and our legal obligation to keep accounting records.
When you use the site
Pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP address, device and browser type, and how you arrived. Collected through the tools listed in section 4.
Legal basis: consent, given through the cookie banner. Strictly necessary cookies run without consent.
When you attend a session
Attendance, joining time, and how long you watched. Used to send follow-ups and materials, and to improve the session.
Legal basis: consent, and our legitimate interest in running and improving our own events.
3. What we never do
We do not sell your personal data. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
4. Tools we use to run this
These providers process personal data on our behalf, or — where marked — as joint controllers:

Some of these providers are in the United States. Those transfers rely on the European Commission's adequacy decision for the EU–US Data Privacy Framework where the provider is certified, and on Standard Contractual Clauses otherwise. Write to us and we will tell you which applies to a given provider.
5. Advertising measurement
If you consent to marketing cookies, we send Meta a hashed, non-reversible version of identifiers such as your email address, together with the action you took on our site, so we can measure whether our advertising works.
This happens only with your consent, given through the cookie banner. You can withdraw it at any time through Cookie Preferences in the footer, without affecting anything you have already received from us.
6. How long we keep it
- Marketing contacts: until you unsubscribe, then 24 months so we can honour your unsubscribe.
- Assessment and application answers: 24 months.
- Session attendance data: 24 months.
- Analytics: 14 months.
- Accounting records: ten years, as Czech law requires.
7. Your rights
Under GDPR you can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, or send it to another provider. You can withdraw consent at any time.
Write to info@pruvnaccelerator.com and we will respond within one month.
If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Czech Data Protection Authority — Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů, Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Praha 7, uoou.gov.cz — or to the supervisory authority where you live.
8. Changes
We will post any change here and update the date at the top. If a change is significant, we will email you.
